A REMINDER THAT WE ARE MANY

You are dressed up and looking forward to the theatre evening. You enter the theatre and notice that people are looking at you. You feel uncomfortable and ask yourself - Is the theatre even a place for me? "A Reminder That We are Many" is a lecture performance that, together with migrantized Nurembergers, performatively sabotages existing thresholds and exclusions of the Staatstheater Nürnberg. How can the theatre become a place for those who are affected by these thresholds? Based on intensive research, Jewish, migrant and feminist practices of resistance become the subject matter for a productive examination of the Staatstheater through sabotage, which is cooperative and critical at the same time, which acts collectively with and against the Staatstheater.
